In our first introduction to Joe Cuchiara he was representing our daughter and son-in-law attempting to buy their first home. We were asked to give our opinion of a house they were considering and Joe was present as we walked through. As we asked questions or had concerns about the property, it was apparent Joe possessed real-estate knowledge based on years of experience. We continued to hear about Joe via our daughter as they navigated their way through the contract process and were highly impressed with how he represented her and our son-in-law to the seller’s agent, including throughout the home inspection process.
We purchased our first home in 1990 and since that time have bought and sold 7 houses, ranging from $85K to over $1 million. Frankly, over the years we’d become somewhat cynical about realtors as it seems many simply think their work stops once they’ve put your house onto the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This is not the case with Joe and we cannot emphasize that enough! He is always professional not only with his clients, but also with buyer/seller agents and there’s no doubt in our mind or experience that we’d not have made it to closing were it not for Joe’s ability to be a calm, knowledgeable advisor to us when emotions ran high.
We have used Joe for our two most recent home sale transactions, and we continue to work with Joe as we are looking to buy or build a new home. He is always prompt to respond to texts and email questions and requests, and he’s never made us feel that we’ve been a burden even though oftentimes we’re contacting him on short notice. Another way Joe distinguishes himself from other realtors we’ve worked with is he takes complete ownership of the entire contract process…managing inspection schedules, deadlines, even some of the inspection resolution tasks. This took such a significant burden off us and really helped streamline the entire process.
Without question, we would recommend Joe as a realtor and have already done so on several occasions.
