First and most importantly, I’m a husband to a wonderful wife and a father to three great sons. Colorado Springs has been my home for nearly 50 years—and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon!
Many years ago, I owned and operated a bicycle shop here in Colorado Springs. Running a business at a young age taught me a great deal, but one lesson stands out: relationships are essential—not just to the success of a business, but to personal growth as well. Early on, I discovered how much I enjoyed meeting new people, learning what drives them, and building both personal friendships and lasting business relationships.
That philosophy has become the cornerstone of my real estate business.
I strongly believe that listening to understand is far more valuable than speaking. Patience naturally follows from listening, and both are critical in building trust and creating meaningful, long-term relationships.
Outside of business, I enjoy running and have completed a couple half marathons - won’t do that again! I regularly participate in local 5K and 10K races and appreciate both the challenge and the camaraderie of being around others striving to do their best. Running also gives me time to clear my mind, enjoy the outdoors, and relieve stress. I also enjoy golf—especially when I’m playing well—and spending time with friends and family.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or needs you may have. Even if you just need a sounding board, I’m always happy to help.
